SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once order has been made, we will send an email on your order status including the tracking number and link to check your consignment status.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

For local (Malaysia) shipping we will use either J&T, Pos Laju, DHL, Flash. Other option you choose other than shipping is delivery by using Grab or Lalamove. For Grab and Lalamove charge is depending on location and only valid if you are living in Klang Valley.

For international shipping, we will use DHL or FedEx.

 

 

 

How can I contact your couriers?
 

We will inform you through email on the courier that we're using. You can check their contact details on their official website.

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes! 

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

We will 100% accept return/refund if the product you purchased is unauthentic. A buyer must present an official report by a professional authenticator or by an official authority in order to investigate further.
